A MAGICAL END TO A FANTASTIC YEAR

October 5 – The Salt Lake Bees Team Store at Downtown Daybreak had a banner opening season. The first team store in franchise history to be open year-round had merchandise sales up 50 % from the previous year.
October 9 – The Savannah Bananas announced that“ Banana Ball” is coming to The Ballpark at America First Square in August 2026 for three fun-filled, fan-focused games.

November was the busiest month of the year for Megaplex, with the release of highly anticipated films“ Wicked: For Good” and“ Zootopia 2.”

Three Megaplex locations ranked in the top 25 in the nation for highestgrossing theaters on the opening day of“ Wicked: For Good.” Jordan Commons placed sixth, Geneva placed 20th and Thanksgiving Point placed 21st.
In Utah, Megaplex boasted the top five locations, six of the top seven and eight of the top 11. Jordan Commons, Geneva, Thanksgiving Point, Legacy Crossing and The District were the top five grossing locations, respectively. On Thanksgiving Day, seven Megaplex locations ranked in the top 25 nationally for highestgrossing theaters for“ Wicked: For Good.”
October 14 – Joe Walker, president of Larry H. Miller Senior Health, was recognized as a 2025 Utah Business Healthcare Hero in the category of Administrative Excellence. The award recognizes individuals whose strategic vision and operational excellence elevate healthcare delivery across Utah and beyond. This recognition honors Joe’ s ongoing contributions to senior care and leadership within the Larry H. Miller Company.
