A new way to care for our people: LHM Health Center opens at Jordan Commons

The Larry H. Miller Company opened the new LHM Health Center in the office building at Jordan Commons on January 29, 2026, marking an important milestone in how the company cares for employees and their families.

“ Our employees are the reason this organization is successful,” said Jake Oyler, vice president of benefits for the Larry H. Miller Company.“ The LHM Health Center is a meaningful way to support them and their families. When people can easily access high-quality care, they’ re better able to bring their best to work and help fulfill our mission to enrich lives.”
Operated in partnership with Crossover Health, the new health center is home to a dedicated care team, who provide same-day and next-day access to primary and preventive care, mental health support and medication access all under one roof.
Visits are low- or no-cost, depending on an employee’ s chosen benefits package, making the health center an affordable care option for employees and their dependents. An on-site pharmacy and support with referrals and care navigation also streamline care outside the health center, from follow-up tests to specialty appointments.
Accessing care is simple: employees use an app to schedule appointments and message their care team, making it easier to fit care into busy schedules. The focus on relationshipbased care enables clinicians to understand each employee’ s full health history and partner with them to support long-term health and well-being.
Larry H. Miller, the company’ s founder, often said,“ Go about doing good until there’ s too much good in the world.” That extends to how employees are cared for. When employees are well, they can bring their best selves to work and advance the company’ s mission of enriching lives.
