In addition to his role as CEO,
Steve is also a member of the board
of directors of the Larry H. Miller
Group of Companies. Prior to this
role, Starks was the president of
the Utah Jazz and Larry H. Miller
Sports & Entertainment. During
his time with the organization, he
helped develop the organization’s
growth strategy, led mergers and
acquisitions, and oversaw the
award-winning renovation of the
Vivint Smart Home Arena.
Starks is active in the
community and is a past chair of
the Salt Lake Chamber Board of
Directors. He also served on the
Weber State University Board of
Trustees and is currently a board
member of Silicon Slopes. He
was recognized as one of the top
Forty Under 40 by Utah Business
Magazine in 2013 and a Top Forty
Under 40 Sports Executives by
Sports Business Journal in 2018.
Starks is a graduate of Weber State
University. Dean Fitzpatrick joined the Larry
H. Miller Group of Companies in
1988. From 1997 to 2010, Dean
was the general manager of Larry
H. Miller Chrysler Jeep Dodge
Ram Sandy. From 2006 to 2009, he
also served as general manager of
LHM Subaru Sandy and assumed
oversight of LHM Chrysler Jeep
Dodge Ram Bountiful.
In 2010, Dean was promoted
to regional performance manager
for Provo, Utah. He was later
named general manager of
all three stores in addition to
assuming responsibilities for
LHM Collision Center Orem
and Larry H. Miller Used Car
Supermarket Orem. In 2012, he
was named president of Miller
Automotive Operations, where
today he oversees all dealerships as
well as Total Care Auto Powered
by Landcar and Saxton Horne
Communications. Dean earned
a bachelor’s degree in marketing
from the University of Utah. In addition to his current role as
interim president, Don serves as
an executive vice president for
LHMSE. A graduate of Brigham
Young University, Don brings more
than three decades of marketing,
sponsorship, sports industry,
and development experience to
LHMSE. He held strategic sales
and marketing positions with NBA
Properties, Ladies Professional
Golf Association, the Salt Lake
Organizing Committee (SLOC) for
the 2002 Olympic Winter Games,
IMG, Deseret Book, and the
Massachusetts Sports Commission.
He also served as national finance
director/senior finance advisor for
Governor Mitt Romney.
Prior to his role with LHMSE,
Don served as vice president
of special projects for Miller
Management Corporation (2012–
2013), as well as chief revenue
officer for LHMSE (2013–2017).
Bryant Henrie
President,
Prestige Financial
Bryant began his career in
dealership sales after receiving
his bachelor’s degree in business
administration from Southern
Utah State College. He later joined
the LHM Group in 1987 as a
dealership finance manager and
advanced rapidly through the
roles of used car manager, sales
manager, and general manager.
Since joining Prestige in May 2009,
he has led the company’s successful
return to its core credit target in
originations and the renewed
growth of its loan portfolio, as well
as the establishment of several key
financing facilities that will help
ensure the firm’s stability for years
to come. He served for several years
on the board of trustees of LHM
Charities and remains actively
involved in causes that strengthen
local communities.
