Room to Grow
Total Care Auto’s New Offices
A
s one of the many entities within the LHM Group of
Companies that is always growing and expanding, Total
Care Auto Powered by Landcar has moved into a new,
redesigned office space within the Jordan Commons office
tower. The TCA offices are another in a series of renovations that
started when the ninth floor of the tower was renovated to create
new offices for Miller Management Corporation.
The new offices are state-of-the art, creating a quiet,
comfortable environment for employees as they continue
to bring in new people and get more business. Brad Holmes,
president of Larry H. Miller Real Estate, described the design
by saying, “We took great care working with the Total Care
team to provide an environment that people would enjoy
coming to work in. The space was thoughtfully designed
with work areas that encourage collaboration and team work.
As always, we strive to use environmentally friendly products
that enhance the longevity of the space.” ◆

Going All In
LHM Dealerships Opens Jeep-Only
Store in Colorado
T
his summer, what had been LHM Colorado
Chrysler Jeep in the Denver Metro area got
a new name, a new attitude, and a new role
as one of the few stand-alone Jeep dealerships
in the country. The idea behind the change is to
create a dealership designed around the freedom
and adventure that lead to a Jeep lifestyle.
Creating this new design required a
complete renovation of the dealership’s exterior
and enlarging the showroom and lounge areas
inside. The end result is a modern mix of wood,
dark gray, and other elements that create a warm,
comfortable environment that says “We Speak
Jeep.”
“We are excited to bring this Jeep concept
store to the Denver Metro area to further meet
the needs of Colorado customers seeking a
brand that matches their lifestyle needs and can
tackle the Rocky Mountain terrain,” said Ray
Reilly, senior vice president, Larry H. Miller
Dealerships. ◆
