At this year’s Who We Are broadcast, we learned how important it is that we continue to not just know the values of the
LHM Group of Companies but to also live them every day, whether we are at work or not. The following employee spotlight is of
one of the individuals featured in Who We Are and at Leadership Conference as a person who has truly exemplified the values.
Sara Bills
Prestige Financial
In a video shown during the Who We Are broadcast, Sara told
the story of her journey from being a single mom struggling to
make ends meet in Mesquite, Nevada, to joining the Prestige
Financial team and learning how to find success. It’s an inspiring
example of hard work—not just for Sara, but also for her friends
and teammates at Prestige, who took time out of their schedules
to support and encourage Sara during moments when she
struggled.
Today, Sara is shining as a customer relations specialist at
Prestige, where she has been for 3 years, living with her 15-yearold
son in Herriman, Utah.

Lindsay Ratke
LHM Liberty Toyota
Lindsay currently works in the warranty
department at Larry H. Miller Liberty Toyota
but also has many different responsibilities.
She’s worked for the LHM Group for five years.
Born in California and raised in Oregon, she
now lives in Colorado Springs with her husband
and two daughters. In her spare time, Lindsay
enjoys spending time with her family outdoors.
