AHC President Nathan Oxnam spoke about bringing everybody back to the idea that high performance and standards are who they are as a company . COVID ’ s impact on operations and patient care sidelined some of the company ’ s focus out of necessity . Coming out of the pandemic , Oxnam emphasized the need to reprioritizing high performance , high accountability , and being top-of-the-industry performers . Forest Arnett , president of the newly-formed Advanced Home Health and Hospice division , continued the discussion on high performance and accountability , reminding the team that they are a high-performance company . They also discussed the importance of the patient experience and how it drives everything they do .
Other discussions were led by members of the LHM Senior Health executive team , including Eric Bennett , Kyle Johnson and Amber Robinson . They discussed the organization ’ s mission and gave people a clear idea of where they are trying to go as a company . They
The Larry H . Miller Senior Health team is focused on growth , and the conference discussed the challenges that come with it . The past year was one of unprecedented growth and change for the organization , with the creation of the LHM Senior Health platform as well as the addition of eight new facilities and agencies to the fold . “ A ‘ normal year ’ would see the addition of one , maybe two , new companies . Adding eight or nine was a daunting challenge that our team readily accepted ,” said Joe Walker .
“ I hope our leaders took away from Nashville a clear understanding that we are a mission-driven company . The center of who we are is people taking care of people ,” said Andy Frasure , summarizing the conference . “ We will achieve operational success as we focus on elevating the patient / resident experience and fostering a positive work environment for our employees .”
Keynote speaker Naval Commander Michael Abrashoff spoke about setting high standards and the value of having people buy in and understand the mission and vision of the organization .
