Larry H . Miller Senior Health held their annual Advanced Health Care Leadership Conference in Nashville , Tennessee , October 24-26 , 2023 . Nearly 300 senior health leadership team members attended the summit , including administrators , clinical , senior living and rehab directors , as well as regional and senior team members .
The conference included the announcement of key leadership promotions and organizational restructuring . Andy Frasure , one of the founders of Advanced Health Care , was promoted to chief operating officer for LHM Senior Health . Nathan Oxnam was named president of AHC , and Forest Arnett was made president of Advanced Home Health & Hospice – a new division within the LHM Senior Health platform .
The conference provided an excellent opportunity for the team to interact , listen to outside speakers , and hear from senior leadership about the company ’ s vision and mission . “ There is great power when we come together ,” said Joe Walker , president of LHM Senior Health . “ Our team comes out of those meetings energized and excited about where we are going as a company .”
