Real estate has always been part of the DNA of the Larry H . Miller organization . Beginning in 2021 , the company ’ s investment in real estate experienced two significant milestones with the power to shape communities for generations to come .
• April 2021 : Acquisition of Daybreak , an award-winning master-planned community in South Jordan , Utah .
• March 2022 : Acquisition of Destination Homes ’ residential construction business .
With these two major milestones , the LHM Real Estate leadership team quickly realized the opportunity to become a multifaceted real estate platform and provide a fully integrated approach to development . Each phase , from entitlement to land planning to vertical construction , is inspired by a single coherent vision and receives the same commitment to excellence . It also meant welcoming a team of real estate experts with 150 + years of combined experience in residential and commercial development .
As Larry H . Miller Real Estate evolved , the brand also needed to evolve to position the company for a new era of growth and to honor its guiding values .
