Michelle Smith honored as a GAme Changer
Michelle Smith, president of Miller Sports + Entertainment and the chief people officer for the Larry H. Miller Company, traveled to New York City in September for the Sports Business Journal Game Changers Conference. There, she was honored with the Game Changers award, which recognizes women leaders from across the country for their impact and leadership in sports business.
Joined by a few members of the MSE team, Michelle connected with leaders from the NBA, PGA, Big 12, NBC Sports and more. She was also a featured speaker at the conference on a panel discussing women participating in deal negotiation.
Michelle was also featured in an article from Sports Business Journal focusing on her career, skillset and how she paved a decades-long career in sports.
In the article, Michelle shares her excitement for the future of women’ s sports and her hope that they will be supported equally to male sports. Lastly, she spoke about her experience as the sole woman on many teams throughout her career and how she learned to rely on her natural instincts to be nurturing and collaborative.

During a recent Larry H. Miller Senior Health corporate meeting, executive leadership recognized Tiffany McElheny with the Larry H. Miller Senior Health Brick by Brick Award, honoring her outstanding contributions in laying the foundation of our success.
Tiffany began her journey with Advanced Health Care in 2004 as an
administrative assistant, and over the past 20 years, she has demonstrated extraordinary dedication, vision and leadership. Today, she serves as the senior vice president of revenue cycle, a role in which her expertise and commitment continue to shape the growth and expansion of the Larry H. Miller Senior Health organization.
Tiffany’ s leadership has been instrumental in building strong teams, streamlining operations and driving innovation, all of which have contributed phenomenally to the platform’ s success. Her admirable career in senior health reflects the values of perseverance, excellence and service.
United in Care: Hospice Teams Honor Reno Veterans
The Advanced Health Care team in Reno, Nevada, had the privilege of spending time with local Veterans, sharing an afternoon filled with connection, gratitude and sweet treats.
Together with fellow hospice agencies in the area, they served custommade ice cream sundaes to honored veterans— both in the activities room and door-to-door for those unable to join the gathering.
What made it even more meaningful was partnering with other hospice organizations— not as competitors, but as collaborators and community members, united in serving those who have served our country.
