The Larry H . Miller Company hosted a lunch event welcoming new employees to the organization and celebrating those who were recently promoted .
At the most recent lunch , Ian McDonald , CFO , and Steve Starks , CEO , discussed the importance of taking risks and thinking outside of the box . “ There are few things you can control in your life . However , you can control your effort and your attitude ,” said Ian at the luncheon .
Gail Miller , co-founder of the Larry H . Miller Company , was also in attendance and shared words of advice to the guests in her closing remarks . She urged employees to do everything they can with kindness .
These employee lunches allow employees to connect across the various LHM organizations . No matter where they work , they are integral to our mission of enriching lives .

The Larry H . Miller Company welcomed a new cohort of interns for a summer of hard work , networking , hands-on experience in various departments , and , hopefully , a bit of fun .
At their graduation ceremony , each intern presented their learnings , accomplishments and experiences from the last four months to their mentors and the Larry H . Miller Company leadership .
At the end of the ceremony , various members of our executive team shared advice with our interns as they prepare to enter the workforce , complete their collegiate studies , and begin their next adventure .

“ Working as an intern for Larry H . Miller Real Estate was an invaluable experience . I was given opportunities that challenged my skillset and opened my eyes to a ‘ real life ’ marketing experience ,” said Kimberly Blackhurst about her experience as an intern .
