HEALTH AND WELLNESS TAKE CENTER STAGE
Healtah and wellness were the topics of the month in May, and the People & Culture teams from the LHM Company, LHM Real Estate, Miller Sports + Entertainment, and Prestige Financial provided resources and activities to help employees feel their best.
In recognition of May being Mental Health Awareness month, the P & C leads organized weekly activities and challenges focused on promoting self-care and mental well-being. Employees were encouraged to participate for a chance to win prizes and earn AwardCo points.

As the focus on wellness continued, the teams at Jordan Commons and Prestige Financial hosted a free Health Fest, offering employees direct access to benefit providers. Representatives set up booths where employees could ask questions, learn about services, participate in health screenings, and receive personalized guidance. The event aimed to ensure that employees and their families are well-informed and equipped to take full advantage of their benefits package.
The Health Fest was a remarkable success, featuring games, prizes, delicious food, and— most importantly— valuable information. The events led to feedback such as“ understanding our benefits helps us take better care of ourselves and our families and“ this event made understanding benefits easier and even fun.”
