EXPANDING ACCESS TO CULTURAL ARTS

The Larry H. & Gail Miller Family Foundation announced a $ 500,000 donation to the St. George Musical Theater, which will help fund the first builtfor-purpose community theater in St. George, Utah, since 1875.

This project, spearheaded by St. George Musical Theater, will bring a much-needed community space to the South Main area of St. George. Plans for the community theater and a companion facility include a children’ s theater, arts education facility, rehearsal space, dance studio, tribute band performance venue and recording studio.
The donation reflects the Larry H. & Gail Miller Family Foundation’ s ongoing commitment to strengthening communities across Utah by supporting initiatives that create lasting cultural and educational impact.

December 10, 2024 – The Salt Lake City Council unanimously approved zoning changes for the Power District, a 95-acre development site on the west side of Salt Lake City, Utah. This catalytic development will build upon the vibrancy and culture along the North Temple corridor and complements state assets like the Fairpark and the Jordan River.
January 6, 2025 – The Ballpark at America First Square was named one of HOK’ s Most Anticipated Project Openings of 2025. The new ballpark in Downtown Daybreak, designed by HOK, will feature MLB-level amenities, including an expansive video scoreboard, alcohol-free family zones and a striking view of the Wasatch Mountains.
January 10 – Matt Keenan, SVP of Mergers and Acquisitions at the Larry H. Miller Company, participated in a Utah Business roundtable discussion with other Utah M & A experts who discussed improving market conditions and predictions for deal activity in 2025.
