In January, following a year of record growth, Swig expanded its C-Suite and named Todd Smith as chief commercial officer.
Todd joins Swig with nearly 20 years of restaurant business experience, including president of Sonic Drive-in where he
over the last four years inside of the Strategy & Investments division under Dave Smith’ s leadership.

Restaurant Veteran Todd Smith joins Swig’ s LEADERSHIP team

LHM COMPANY EXECUTIVES EXPAND LEADERSHIP ROLES

At the beginning of the year, CEO Steve Starks announced Ian McDonald and Michelle Smith as executive vice presidents for the Larry H. Miller Company. In these roles, they will oversee and provide guidance to other presidents and vice presidents within the organization.
Ian McDonald Since 2021, Ian has served as chief financial officer for the Larry H. Miller Company and works closely with platform CFOs on strategic initiatives. With the addition of the executive vice president role, Ian will have oversight responsibility for Prestige Financial.
Michelle Smith Michelle serves as the company’ s chief people officer— a role she has held since 2021— setting the organization’ s People & Culture strategy and the successful integration of newly acquired businesses. Michelle also serves as president of Miller Sports + Entertainment, where she oversees the operations of key businesses, including the Salt Lake Bees, Megaplex and Big League Utah.
