In May , you will receive an email invitation to participate in our annual employee engagement survey , “ LHMVoices ”. Employee engagement surveys are a vital tool for gathering valuable feedback and identifying areas of success and opportunity .
The survey results guide a path to making changes or enhancements that support employee satisfaction , engagement and productivity . We are committed to actively listening to our employees to accomplish our company vision “ to be the best place in town to work .”
Your survey participation gives us insight into the strengths and opportunities that support our company culture and your employee experience . Your feedback is valuable in understanding how we go about work and where we are headed .
The survey will measure employee engagement among multiple workplace dimensions such as camaraderie , pride , respect , innovation , trust and fairness , balance , career progression , future and change , and inclusion in the workplace . We encourage your participation and thank you in advance for your time . Every voice counts , and your feedback is valuable in helping us achieve our goals .
It ’ s important to note that the LHMVoices results are confidential . Your personally identifiable information and individual responses will not be shared with anyone . We encourage you to be as honest in your feedback so that we can identify areas of opportunity . We ’ ve partnered with Qualtrics to administer the survey . Therefore , the feedback will only be shared as aggregate data reports .
To prepare for the survey , please ensure your contact information is current in our company ’ s employee information system . We want to make sure we can reach as many employees as possible to participate .
