Eighteen LHM Dealerships Win Top Awards
In nearly 40 years of doing business, Larry H. Miller Dealerships have
done a lot to be proud of. Still, it’s always nice to know that we are at the
forefront of automotive sales and customer service. Recently, 18 of our
dealerships were awarded prestigious awards from vehicle manufacturers
that tell the world just how great our dealerships are.
Larry H. Miller Lexus Murray (LEX), Larry H. Miller Lexus Lindon
(LLX), and Larry H. Miller Lexus Spokane (SLE) received the Elite of
Lexus Award for 2017, which recognizes dealers who excel in all areas
including sales, service, and the overall customer ownership experience.
Larry H. Miller Subaru Boise (BSU) earned the Subaru Stellar Care
Award for 2017. This award honors an elite list of dealerships that have
demonstrated excellence in all areas of customer-focused performance.
Mercedes-Benz of Draper (MBL) earned the recognition of Best of
the Best dealers in the Mercedes-Benz network. This award distinguishes
dealerships that are top performers in sales, service, and parts, coupled
with excellence in operations and customer experience.
Larry H. Miller Nissan Highlands Ranch (NHR) received the 2017
Nissan Award of Excellence, which recognizes and rewards individual
Nissan dealerships and dealership employees for outstanding performance
results in sales, customer satisfaction, and owner loyalty.
Larry H. Miller Chevrolet Murray (CHV) earned the 2017 Chevrolet
Mark of Excellence Award, an honor which measures a dealership’s
dedication to excellence based on sales, CSI, retail sales index, essential
brand elements, and dealer maintenance notification.
Larry H. Miller Toyota Corona (CTO) and Larry H. Miller
American Toyota Albuquerque (AMT) were each awarded the
prestigious Toyota President’s Award for 2017, honoring dealers who
continue to go above and beyond at each customer touch point.
Larry H. Miller Toyota Murray (MUR), Larry H. Miller American
Toyota (AMT), and Larry H. Miller Toyota Peoria (PNX) were named
to the Toyota Customer First Advisory Board, which recognizes the top 50
parts, service, and customer service dealerships based on achievement in
SCR, CPRO, and GPP Volume.
Larry H. Miller Dodge Ram Avondale (ADR) and Larry H. Miller
Dodge Ram Tucson (TDR) were designated with the Walter P. Chrysler
Club Award, the automaker’s highest honor, which denotes leading
dealerships that meet overall sales, Mopar parts sales, and customer
retention goals. They were two of only 35 dealers to gain entry into this
exclusive group.
In addition, Larry H. Miller Dodge Ram Avondale (ADR) and Larry
H. Miller Chrysler Jeep Avondale (ACJ) qualified for the Pentastar Club,
meaning they ranked in the top 30 in retail sales in 2017 within their
Business Center Group of Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, and Ram dealerships.
Larry H. Miller Chrysler Jeep Tucson (TCJ), Larry H. Miller Dodge
Ram Tucson (TDR), Larry H. Miller Dodge Ram Avondale (ADR),
Larry H. Miller Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Boise (BCD), Larry H. Miller
Fiat Denver (DFI), and Larry H. Miller Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram
Bountiful (BNT) all received the FCA Customer First Award for 2017.
This award recognizes leaders in customer sales and service experience
based on five pillars: facility certification, performance measures, training
certification, employee surveys, and process validation. ◆
