Honoring the Top Automotive Performers for 2017
To be included with the Society of Excellence
recipients for any given year is an incredible
honor, and reveals not only hard work but
also dedication to one’s craft and the ability
to keep improving. As is the case every year,
the 2017 honorees come from the areas of
automotive sales, service, body shop repair, and
finance and insurance.
Every LHM automotive employee earns
points over the course of the year for different
things based on their job. For some, it’s based
on sales, while for others, it is based on hours
and customer satisfaction.
Those who get the most points are inducted
into the Society of Excellence and are given
the chance to attend an awards banquet in a
different location each year that is hosted by
LHM executives and other leaders. For the 2017
recipients, the banquet was held on April 13th
at the Ritz-Carlton resort Laguna Niguel in
Laguna Beach, California, where they had the
opportunity to participate in fun activities that
included whale watching and tours of the city. ◆
