5–10. In spite of limitations, many LHM employees marked the 50th anniversary of
Earth Day on April 22. 5-6—Leigh Anne Collins (PFS) and her grandchildren
planted seedlings. 7—Anne Marie Gunther (MMC) and her son Becket enjoyed
time outdoors feeding the ducks. 8—Amanda Covington (MMC) planted a tree.
9—A garden belonging to Mike Veselik (ACJ). 10—Barbra Tobler (MMC) finished
a garden mural.
11. The Denver Toyota Dealers Association (TDA), which includes six Denver/
Boulder-area Toyota dealerships, including Larry H. Miller Toyota Boulder,
announced a donation of $50,000 to Colorado Restaurant Response (CRR)
and a $10,000 donation to Feed the Frontlines Boulder. The newly formed food
coalitions were created in response to the COVID-19 pandemic impacting the
Denver and Boulder community.
12. Saxton Horne employees in multiple states stayed connected through a series
of “awkward Zoom meetings” involving random coworkers answering questions,
playing games, and having fun while getting lots of work done.
