Recently a customer left a wonderful
review for an employee at Mercedes-Benz
of Draper. Here is what he had to say:
Hi Taylor,
4.
COLORADO
I hope all is well with you. I have met you the
few times my dad Joe Hauzen and I stopped
in for service.
I wanted to let you know that he passed
away two days ago. As you knew he was
ill with Leukemia and was going downhill
pretty fast towards the last year. However, I
just wanted to let you know that he was so
grateful for you. I was in awe about how you
took care of him every time we pulled up. I
mean never in all my years have I seen such
kindness and genuine concern for a customer
in customer service. You made him feel so
special and every single time you just raised
the bar with yet another way to make him feel
special.
So much so, that when he passed and we
started thinking about people in his life that
would care, I immediately thought of you and
even told mom and she smiled and agreed
that you were such a blessing to him.
I have copied your Manager on this email
since I feel that you should be recognized that
you made one Mercedes Benz customer and
old man very happy.
If you ever need anything, please let me
know. Except for TP, you are on your own ;)
But really in this crazy time please take care
of yourself and your family.
