Miller Mercedes-Benz of Lindon ranks in the top five percent for Mercedes-Benz dealers in the country based on employee engagement results, resulting in the store being named an Employee Choice Best Dealership to Work For by the automotive brand. LESLEY LOVALLO NAMED TO 2015 WOMEN IN REMARKETING David Shaw of LHMSE, with Fanzz GM Darren Squires, celebrated 20 years with the Group. Steve Van De Veere of PFS, with PFS President Bryant Henrie, celebrated 20 years. Auto Remarketing Magazine recently recognized Lesley Lovallo (MAO) for her leadership in developing a corporate training program as well as her dedication to business excellence. “Lesley has been a driving force in developing and growing our training division,” said Dean Fitzpatrick, MAO president. “She’s displayed great leadership in growing the department from a single trainer to a team of five. Her focus on culture and ensuring employees are applying the values and principles they’re being taught to their personal lives and their careers, truly make her stand out.” Margaret Atkinson of LEX, pictured with Gail Miller, GM Jim Brown, and Clark Whitworth, celebrated 30 years with the Group. In her current role, Lesley promotes growth and development, and delivers business strategies to improve performance and elevate dealership culture at 55 stores in seven states. In addition, she assisted in organizing the Larry H. Miller Institute for General Manager Development, a leadership course provided by the dealership group.
