Mercedes-Benz USA announced on March 31, 2015, that
Larry H. Miller Mercedes-Benz of Lindon ranks in the top five
percent for Mercedes-Benz dealers in the country based on
employee engagement results, resulting in the store being
named an Employee Choice Best Dealership to Work For by
the automotive brand.

With more than 340 Mercedes-Benz dealerships across the
U.S., only 20 stores were recognized for exemplary employee
engagement results. Employee engagement was evaluated
based on employee performance with four key stakeholders:
themselves, their manager, customers and the organization.

recognized Lesley Lovallo (MAO)
for her leadership in developing a
corporate training program as well as
her dedication to business excellence.

department from a single trainer to a team of five. Her focus

In her current role, Lesley promotes growth and development,
and delivers business strategies to improve performance
and elevate dealership culture at 55 stores in seven states.
In addition, she assisted in organizing the Larry H. Miller
Institute for General Manager Development, a leadership
course provided by the dealership group. She also helped
create an e-learning platform. WS
