The findings from the 2017 survey will be used to help shape the future of the Group , giving us clear direction as we work to improve the work experience for every single one of our employees . As Clark Whitworth recently stated , his objective as CEO is to “ create a great place for great people to do great work .” A careful analysis of the survey results reveal three key metrics that are worth focusing on as we push to improve . These are Engagement , Employee Net Promotor Score ( eNPS ), and Culture Index . Each of these metrics have seen impressive improvement since our last survey , indicating that in these areas , we are making great strides as an organization .
