The findings from the 2017 survey will be used to help shape the future of the Group, giving us clear direction as we work to improve the work experience for every single one of our employees. As Clark Whitworth recently stated, his objective as CEO is to“ create a great place for great people to do great work.” A careful analysis of the survey results reveal three key metrics that are worth focusing on as we push to improve. These are Engagement, Employee Net Promotor Score( eNPS), and Culture Index. Each of these metrics have seen impressive improvement since our last survey, indicating that in these areas, we are making great strides as an organization.
