A 15-year veteran of BSU, Don Coatsworth is
a man who cares deeply for his coworkers and
for the people of his community. In his role as
service manager, he also functions as a mentor
for younger BSU employees, imparting to them
the company values of honesty, integrity, and
hard work. When he isn’t at work, Don spends
time with his wife of 34 years, his sons, and
grandchildren.
Carli Cook
Prestige Financial
A California native, Carli Cook has spent the last
decade working in Utah at Prestige Financial.
In that time, she’s had a number of roles, but
currently works as a dealer development regional
trainer. Over the years, she’s had a big impact on
her coworkers, who consider her someone who
represents the best of Prestige. Carli is always
willing to help out and train others, always
engaging them in a positive way. She embodies
what it means to be a student, a teacher, and
a leader.

years. His colleagues know him as a reliable
and careful employee, taking time to make sure
