Fixed Ops Awards Recognize Top Performers
I
n May, Miller Automotive Operations held their annual Fixed
Operations Conference in San Diego, California. Service, Parts, and
Collision Center managers from every store attended the event where
they learned best practices, heard from MAO management, and held
breakout discussion groups.
Employees whose stores were 2018 Fixed Operations Top Performers
were recognized for their efforts. Top Performer categories awarded
include the following: CSI—Stores that had their CSI in green all 12
months. Service, Parts, and Collision Center Performance—Stores
that had their best YOY improvement, based on a weighted average of
revenue, gross, and departmental net profit. Fixed Absorption—Stores
with the highest fixed absorption rate for the year. ◆
