JAN/FEB 2019 Employee Anniversaries UTAH Happy Employees Is Good Business Prestige Financial and Total Care Auto Honored Total Care Auto staff In what has now become an annual tradition, both Prestige Financial and Total Care Auto have received impressive workplace awards from the Salt Lake Tribune. Each year, employees from businesses all around Utah are given the opportunity to fill out a survey about their workplaces. These surveys are anonymous, so people can share how they truly feel about their employer. For Prestige, it meant being named one of the Top 15 Large Workplaces in the state and one of the Top 5 Large Businesses to work for. In the case of Total Care Auto, it meant being named the #2 small workplace in the state. These awards are not only testaments to the leadership in place at both organizations but also to the importance of our company vision, which is to be “the best place in town to work and the best place in town to do business.” Since this is not the first year that either business has won one of these awards, it’s likely that it won’t be the last.
