TIME SAVING APP LAUNCHING FOR SECURITY SCREEN DEALERS

‘ enough time ’ is identified as one of the key issues for dealers and installers in the security screen industry . To help solve this problem , Prowler Proof are launching the new Job Status App for iPhones this month .

“‘ I work all day quoting and installing and then get home and at night have to check orders and schedule the next few jobs ,’ is the common feedback we hear from the dealer network ,” says Michael Henry , Prowler Proof Managing Director .
“ This led us to look at solutions that would allow transparency throughout the production process , allowing dealers to access their orders and customer details on the go , so they can schedule upcoming installs in their downtime throughout the day , instead of waiting until they get home at night ,” Michael explains .
The Job Status App allows you to :
• Track your order status live from anywhere .
• Access customer details , allowing you to contact and schedule install .
• Review job measurements and details while on site .
“ We introduced online ordering in 1996 , which allowed dealers to enter their orders themselves , at a time convenient to them . Then in 2002 , we made the transition to a paperless factory , to improve efficiency and lead times for our dealers .
“ The Job Status App is just the next step in a long line of innovative , technology based solutions Prowler Proof has brought to the dealer network since it began ,” says Michael .
Extensive dealer testing was conducted on the App , with the dealers involved in the testing finding it intuitive to use and a great time saver .
The App will be available , for free , from the iTunes store this month . Download the App and start enjoying your spare time straight away .
