me. For each of those listed, I can remember past episodes that I was overtaken, quickly, totally, completely. If I did not act on them, the sinful thought crossed my mind, and a certain satisfaction was achieved just knowing that I was capable of this thought. The key is, don’t share it...OR... do you share it with a little chuckle saying, “I would never act on this, but…” In my opinion, (and we all have our own), a more rounded character is a lot more fun to be with. Wouldn’t emotes such as, *flashes a broad impish grin, help? This way you could share your less than kind thoughts in a teasing way. The next element, Gratitude, is something that never hurts to display. Are you the Queen? Are you the evil Queen or the loved Queen? Gratitude can be one of the things deciding the distinction. An evil Queen would treat subordinates like second class citizens, admonishing them for the slightest mistakes, punishing rather than praising efforts. This only makes a scared workforce, who quakes at the Queen’s presence, waiting her wrath. The loved Queen would realize that the peo- ple who perform the work at the castle, actually make the Queen’s life privileged, and effortless. Not only would she praise her cooks and chamber maids, she would lavish them with compliments. Think about this a minute. Who would you rather work for? A boss who appreciates you or one who cuts you down at every chance? Bring this gratitude attitude into your personal relationships as well. Saying a simple “Thank You” to your loved ones can go a long way. Take the effort to go one step further with a little bouquet of wildflowers, a note tucked into a place you know they will frequent, breakfast in bed, or my own favorite; a massage! Learning to Love Yourself could be the hardest of all of these elements to attain. Ask anyone to describe themselves in one or two words, and you will get answers similar to: Hard Working, Determined, Loyal, Peaceful. Ask these same people to describe their bodies in one or two words and your answers will likely be: Fat, Frumpy, Disgusting, Too tall, Too short, and Ugly. We really are our own worst enemies.
