Book Swap - students bring in
books they have read, and trade
them in for one that is new to
them. This is a great way to recycle
and share great books!
I love Reading - February: A one month focus
on reading across the school, with a winner at
each grade level
Baseball Fever Reading program: a reading competition for April
and May the team with the most pages read
wins a celebration of their choice. This year
as a school we read over 156,000 pages!
Scholastic Book Fair: This school
community event serves many purposes, a
way to get books into student hands, raise
funds for the library, and bring parents into
the school. This year we earned $2,000 in
books and profit for the library.
Amazon Wish List
Parents generously donated over 30 titles to
the library, which helped improve our
fiction and non fiction collection of
materials. We are extremely grateful for
their generosity!
