Library Programs

Library Assistants: Our library assistants keep the library running on a daily

basis. Students process books, clean, solve technology issues, create
bulletin boards, collect books, and make deliveries. This year we had over
50 students participate.

MCBA Reading Program: the Massachusetts
Children’s book award is chosen by students
across the state. Students read from 25
nominated titles and voted for their favorite.
Cider and Conversation/Cocoa and
Conversation - afternoons in the library.
Students play games, review new book titles, and
recommend new titles for the library.

PTO Meeting: Parents attended the November PTO
meeting to learn about all forms of literacy and how
the library supports this learning.
