• Building on the comprehensive assessment , develop and implement partnerships , technology , and other recruiting strategies that enhance access to more deserving and qualified candidates .

• Alongside an audit of existing and potential opportunities , key performance targets ( indicators ) for each functional area established within the first 6 months .

• Develop a process by which new engagement strategies can be introduced , reviewed , resourced , and implemented by various departments and partnering organizations .

• Implement a new , comprehensive admissions and marketing strategy , employing a variety of tools and technologies to recruit and engage prospective students .

• New admissions and marketing strategy established and implemented within the first 6-12 months .
• Attain a 4:1 ratio of qualified to selected applicants in each trade program by 2026 .
• Attain a 75 % student Pell Grant eligibility rate per trade program

• Canvas effective programs from other institutions and community organizations focused on fostering the success of first-generation , low-income , underrepresented , and educationally disadvantaged students to implement best practices for Williamson .
Metrics
• Canvasing completed within the first two years .
• Current success strategies enhanced and / or new success strategies implemented within the first three years .
• Implemented best practices to increase retention to 85 % within the first five years .
