Appendix Operational Tasks and Metrics

This appendix outlines Operational Tasks and Metrics aligned to the strategic plan ’ s various Objectives and Initiatives . These Tasks and Metrics stand outside the Strategic Plan , 2021-26 , as elements that are subject to removal , addition , and revision due to anticipated but unknown changes to the college landscape and emerging challenges or opportunities , and as a result of a comprehensive reassessment ( Strategic Pause ) midway through the lifecycle of the Strategic Plan . ( In a few instances , an Initiative is itself an Operational Task , and will be duplicated as such .)

Strategic Goal One INCREASE ENROLLMENT

Objective 1 : Bring Williamson ’ s Vision to More Deserving Young Men
Initiative 1 . . . Increase current student enrollment while concurrently plan for additional expansion .
Operational Task 1
• Increase student enrollment 20 % over the span of the Strategic Plan
Metric
• Beginning in Academic Year 2022-23 increase enrollment by 20 students each year for three consecutive years ( AY 2022-23 , AY 2023-24 , and AY 2024-2025 ) achieving an overall 60 student increase over the three-year span .
Operational Task 2
• Develop a comprehensive plan to increase student enrollment by an additional 20 %
Metric
• Within the first 12-24 months , develop a comprehensive plan – including all necessary changes in infrastructure , curriculum , program support , etc . – that would achieve an additional 20 % increase in enrollment .
Initiative 2 . . . Enhance Williamson ’ s admissions access and engagement strategy , highlighting the college ’ s technical training , holistic educational program , financial scholarship , and transformative career opportunities .
Operational Task 1
• Complete a comprehensive audit and assessment of Williamson ’ s existing and potential recruiting opportunities .
Metrics
• Audit and assessment of existing and potential recruiting opportunities completed within the first 6-12 months .
• Process by which recruiting opportunities are routinely assessed developed within the first 18 months .
