I have witnessed firsthand the profound impact this institution has on the lives of its graduates and their descendants . Williamson instills not only technical proficiency but also a commitment to integrity , diligence , and service that is passed through the generations . The alumni are the heart and soul of the college . Their success stories stand as a testament to the transformative power of Williamson ' s educational model . As trustees , we know that the trades are essential for a functional society . Yet , across industries , there is a severe shortage of skilled tradesmen . This shortage drives the board ' s desire to grow the campus ' footprint , so that we can increase the number of students who all receive a full scholarship for their education at Williamson . Together , we will give the next generation the tools that they need to build , innovate , and lead our communities into the future . ”
