The Board of Engineers Malaysia( BEM) is proud to have more than 20,000 registered professional engineers and over 200,000 registered persons, including engineers, engineering technologists, and inspectors of works. These professionals have made significant contributions to the ever-growing engineering sector, both locally and internationally.
Aligned with BEM’ s objectives and vision, we believe the professional qualifications, experiences, expertise, and achievements of these individuals are invaluable and deserve to be documented as a comprehensive directory. This resource represents a vital asset, a source of strength, and a cornerstone of the engineering profession. This need has led to the publication of Who’ s Who in Engineering in Malaysia, envisioned as a valuable reference for all stakeholders.
BEM is delighted to present Who’ s Who in Engineering Malaysia, Volume 3, a publication designed to benefit the engineering sector in Malaysia, including government agencies. This initiative complements BEM ' s commitment to providing quality professional engineering services to the public and the nation, as mandated under the Registration of Engineers Act 1967.
Since the release of Volume 1 and 2 in 2022, the response to participate in Volume 3 has been overwhelming. BEM received interest from more than 1,000 engineers, of which 1,000 were selected for inclusion in this edition due to space limitations. These names are in addition to the 1,000 engineers featured in the earlier volumes.
BEM is committed to eventually document the names of all qualified professional engineers in future volumes of Who’ s Who in Engineering Malaysia. To meet this growing demand, we plan to continue publishing subsequent volumes. Additionally, BEM will provide online updates to ensure previous editions remain current, offering a dynamic and updated platform for all participants and public.
