WC Welcomes New Tennis Pro:
Taylor Johnson
Taylor is USPTA certified tennis professional
originally from Nashville, Tennessee. He is a
graduate of Auburn University with a Bachelor’s
Degree in Marketing and Public Relations. Taylor
trained at Van Der Meer Tennis Academy from a
young age. He went on to play high school tennis at Montgomery
Bell Academy and later at Franklin Road Academy both in
Nashville. Taylor played college tennis at Auburn University before
moving back to Nashville. He taught tennis at two country clubs
in Nashville for 5 years before moving to Atlanta and working for
Universal Tennis Academy. Taylor was then hired by Silvia Tennis
Academy to run a portion of their Junior Development program,
with a specialty in developing high performance players. Taylor
brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in working with
both adult and junior players.
