COBB VIRTUAL ACADEMY ( CVA )
Cobb Virtual Academy ( CVA ) is an online program that works directly with Cobb County students and delivers online courses . Cobb students have the opportunity to take online CVA courses for no additional fee for high school credit when students take the courses as part of their regular school schedule . If a Wheeler student chooses to take a CVA course , they will be scheduled to have a dedicated block to work on their course in our online learning classroom .
All summer term courses are tuition courses with tuition being $ 275 for a 0.5 unit course .
* Note : The only summer term courses approved for Wheeler students is Personal Fitness ( 0.5 unit ) and Health ( 0.5 unit ).

GEORGIA VIRTUAL SCHOOL ( GAVS )
Georgia Virtual School ( GaVS ) is an online program that works directly with Georgia students and delivers online courses . Georgia Virtual School students have the opportunity to take online GaVS courses for no additional fee for high school credit when students take the courses as part of their regular school schedule and the course is not offered through CVA . If a Wheeler student chooses to take a GAVS course , they will be scheduled to have a dedicated block to work on their course in our online learning classroom .

Students seeking to take an online class option must be self-directed and organized students to maintain the demands of submitting assignments and completing assessments in a timely manner .
