another hotel. This was a less than ideal arrangement for a number of reasons, not the least of which was the fact that he’d be separated from his co-workers adding further inconvenience to the remainder of the trip. Out of these frustrating experiences came brettapproved.com, a travel and entertainment website for people with disabilities or mobility challenges. Brett made the difficult decision to leave his comfortable corporate job in Public Relations and created brettapproved. Together with his team, he launched the first version of brettapproved.com in late 2013 and has been growing the business ever since.
Everyone who travels knows that occasionally things happen that are out of our control. It’s all part of the “adventure,” right? Thing is, Brett probably would have chalked his experience up to the hazards of business travel if this situation hadn’t already presented itself to him more than a half a dozen times.
