Recipe by: Jaya Mary Chrishila (KL Office) Chill Soya Bean Longan Jelly Ingredients • 1 litre Chill Soya Bean • 1 packet agar-agar powder • 150-200g castor sugar • 1.5 litre water • 400ml Dairy Champ Evaporated Milk • A tin of longan or lychee • Pandan leaves • Glass containers/ cups Method 1. Stir the agar-agar powder into the water until it completely dissolves. 2. Add the pandan leaves and pour the evaporated milk. Bring everything to boil. 3. Slowly pour the soya milk. Stir to make sure that the mixture is well combined. 4. Add the sugar. Let it simmer for 3-5 minutes. Next, scoop the mixture into your prepared container. 5. Once the mixture starts to set, place 1 tablespoon of longan juice from the can and set the longan / lychee on top. 6. Chill in the refrigerator. Set. Hola, Etikans!
