I joined Etika in 2014 as a Field Sales Associate in C&G channel and was selected to join the wholesaler channel in 2017. That was the most challenging time I had encountered being in the wholesaler channel as it was a completely different experience altogether; from managing customers to meeting new customers and buyers, understanding the size of the business and more. SPARK Winner – One Stop Centre Q: Being an Etikan family, how do you carry yourself as a SPARK winner? I would continue to do my best and to try something new to get out of my comfort zone. Q: What is your advice to aspiring SPARK Talents? Take up the challenge, just do it and know what are your boss’ or superior’s requirements. Q: What makes you happy? Food makes me happy, especially my favourite food – fried chicken. Q: What are you most excited about right now? I am excited about my trip to Krabi this coming November. I can’t wait!
