THE GREAT SPARKS

it takes to ingrain the core values that they have set forth in the workplace,

NURUL ATIQAH BINTI RAMLI
SPARK Winner – Lab
Q: Share with us about your career journey
in Etika and the most challenging time you
had encountered.
Project with a short timeline is the most
challenging part in my career journey. I
need to have very good time management
skills in order to cope with my daily work,
as well as in the SLAKE Programme, which
I have just completed. Sometimes, I feel
very exhausted and lose the work-life
balance, but I feel satisfied to be able to
gain lots of experience along the way.
