It’s time for the annual What’s On competition for Tableland amateur

This popular competition is now in its 3rd year. Last year’s winner was Rebel
Warren from Atherton, who had her image as the cover of the Dec-Jan
Bumper Issue.
To enter this year, send an email to [email protected] or
sms 0409 725 466 to receive an information and entry form. Entries close
November 14, 2016. Photos must be of Tablelands landscape or nature and
in portrait orientation (to fit on the cover). Previous entries are able to enter.
I Look forward to receiving your images!

awareness of ourselves and our connection to all things is everyday

your diabetes, lowering your blood pressure, treating your recurrent
sinus infection – whatever, is to be brave, take a good look at yourself
and the world you live in – get educated, ask questions. If you’re on a million different pills – why? How did your life get so out
of your control? Choosing Natural Medicine is more than just taking herbals – it’s opening to the possibilities that you can heal
yourself, you can again become empowered and choose how you create your one amazing, vibrant, energetic and healthy life. If
you would like to talk, connect, cry, reinvent yourself – come in and talk to Laura or Kevin, we are creating from a space of truth.

A second chance

This is Precious. My husband
was driving home from work and she was
thrown out of a car in front of him in a plastic bag.
He swerved to miss the “rubbish” and the rubbish ran across
the road. She was 6 weeks old. She likes to have cuddles, sun
bathe and spend time with her great dane friend, Missy.
She is an absolute gem, we are so lucky to have her!

Viruses, Malware and Spam
Viruses, Malware and Spam have now become the
background of the internet. Because of this the people that
make the operating system of a device have to take this into
consideration. Windows 10 now has both a virus and malware
checker built in, Apple control the apps and programs so much
that it’s rare for something to get through. Even Android now
has stuff to try and clean up your phone.
All this means that nowadays installing software to do these
jobs isn’t as much of a necessity, and in some cases can
actually be worse. It’s worth checking to see if you can get rid
of yours and let the system clean its self.
