All is well in the Food Court this week. The special at the 406 Grill is the Pizza burger. It comes with fries and a fountain drink for $6.50. Quote of the week: Be Impeccable With Your Word. Speak with integrity. Say only what you mean. Avoid using the word to speak against yourself or to gossip about others. Use the power of your word in the direction of truth and love. Miguel Angel Ruiz

Hi everyone! Last night’s Homecoming dinner was a success and we had lots of smiling students! We have a pre-game on Saturday for the football team so we are staying all excited about Homecoming. Next week we have our popular wing bar and this year with the help of Tony, Becca and Ian it will be Gluten Free!

We are running a Taco Salad special next week in the store. Join us for this tasty salad served in a tortilla bowl. Yum! We will be serving some Spookie treats in the store for Halloween. Details to follow. LePeak will be serving delicious Farm to College hot apple cider as soon as they have it ready. Thanks to Julie, Linda, Sharon and Jose for helping make this such a smooth opening. Each and everyone has been wonderful with training, pitching in and extra special attention to detail. I have a great team…'cause remember there is no I in team…Together

Well with homecoming behind us its time to stock back up, making cookie pucks, muffins, and pizza dough. We also will be making 600 desserts for cowboy ball and various other presidential desserts.

It’s been a weird week for Think Tank, with inventory, students out and our espresso grinder on the fritz. Thanks to Concessions for letting us use theirs until ours is repaired. Stop by next week for a Veggie Tray, Cheese Stick and Honest Tea only $4.75. Or try out our coffee special, Chocolate Covered Strawberry! Biz Buzz and Recess are welcoming Jake, a new student employee on our team!!

Next week, we have Friday night high school football in the stadium, VB Friday night, Taekwondo tournament all day Saturday in the Adams center, and another VB game Sunday. The food truck will be out at the world's largest garage sale Saturday doing breakfast burritos.

We get to slow down a little next week. We have a Farm to Cafeteria Youth Summit Sunday – Tuesday. We are featuring lots of Farm to College vendors at this event. Don’t forget to check out the President’s lecture series on Wednesday, 8pm in the Dennison Theater. There are two Volleyballs games, one on Friday and one Saturday. And we get to round out the week with the Cowboy Ball on Saturday. Thank goodness there is no Home Game.
