Manchester United, in late 2012, signed a shirt sponsorship deal with Chevolet. Rumored to be around £357 million, Manchester United was able to use most of money made to lower the debt. This deal starts in 2014 and earns them a total of £51 million per year. This exceeds Barcelona's deal of £39.1 million per year. This money is likely to go towards the transfer funds so United may be able to buy new players.
