Martin Luther King Jr.

King believed that everyone is equal and should enjoy the same privileges. His goal was to make population understand that everyone should be treated and respected in the same way.

Luther King Jr. is also known by his nonviolent protests and speeches, like in his "I Have a Dream" speech.

Malcolm X believed that to achieve the equality any means were necessary, including violence.

He served as a spokesman for the Nation of Islam and he was a minister.

In the March on Washington, Malcolm X was one of the activists who didn't participate, therefore, according to him, the march was a fraud because it was a nonviolent movement.
