Limericks
During the first term, the Grade 5s had the awesome
opportunity to visit the Two Oceans Aquarium! Our girls
had the chance to get up close and personal to our
aquatic friends and even had the pleasure of seeing a
local comedic vlogger feed the penguins! Needless to
say, they returned to school feeling inspired. Here are
some limericks written by our girls.
The Jellyfish Tank
There was a big jellyfish tank.
It was number one, the golden rank.
Oh, what a big fish!
May I eat a dish?
What a massive big gold tank.

Oh you won’t believe what I saw
wow, there are two dolphins at war
They were jumping around
Making squealie sounds
Oh sure that show was not a bore
