“The WPA has positioned itself for a future that embraces technological change and leverages that change to enhance the value of our association with the pallet industry and pallet community.”
“The vibrant connections fostered among us through initiatives like Pallet University, master learning groups and educational webinars,” he continued. “We've not only expanded our knowledge together but also cemented our reputation as the friendliest pallet association in the West.” The new Executive Committee includes Jorge Eroza as President, Tyrone Konecny as Vice President, and Justin Hegsted as treasurer. Mazza becomes the Immediate Past President.
In his opening remarks, incoming President Jorge Eroza reflected on the past and future for WPA. “Over a decade ago, my wife Susie and I stepped into the Western Pallet Association community, and Kathleen Dietrich and Cindy Sheen were the first to embrace us with their genuine warmth,” he reflected.
“That welcoming spirit left a lasting mark on us, transforming our learning journey into one of forging lasting friendships,” he continued. “My goal as President of the association is for each of you to experience this same sense of belonging. Beyond the insights and strategies you gain for your businesses, I hope you feel part of a family here—a family committed to extending warmth and support to every member.”
The meeting provided a high level of energy and engagement. “I very much enjoyed the first event and can't wait for next year,”
