to consider is purchasing employer’s liability insurance to limit your legal exposure if a terminated employee takes you to court.

Quote: “I found because there are so many jobs out there people get a lot less excited when you let them go these days. They see it coming because you've documented, documented, documented and they know there's other options opportunities out there.

Supply Chain Disruptions and Survival MLG

WPA recently held its latest online event, a Master Learning Group focusing on Supply Chain Disruptions and Survival. Once again, the MLG session was expertly hosted by Glenn Meeks. Unlike a webinar, which relies on one or more designated presenters speaking to an audience, the MLG format relies on the shared knowledge of all participants and is restricted to a limited amount of participants. Attendance in MLGs offered by the WPA through on registration on a first-come, first-serve basis.

The Supply Chain Disruptions MLG offered insights about how companies weathered issues such as lumber and nail supply, parts and machinery availability, transportation, and more. Here are some of the takeaways from the meeting.
