Meeting Health Care Needs with Innovation and Flexibility
With patient well-being and operational efficiency in mind, the Penn Highlands Healthcare State College facility in Centre County, PA, was designed to continually meet growing health care needs while embracing flexibility and sustainability. Spanning 110,570 square feet, the micro-hospital integrates outpatient, inpatient and emergency services under one roof. Completed in 2024, this project serves a broad demographic, including the local community and Penn State University’ s population.

Franciscan University of Steubenville 2025 AIA Pittsburgh Honor Award in the Architecture Large Project Category
This new 110,000-square-foot facility is the first academic hall being built at Franciscan University in over 20 years and is now the largest building on campus. The addition comes in response to consistent annual enrollment increases, the recent addition of academic programs and the necessity for a dedicated conference space. To meet these needs, Christ the Teacher Hall has two wings: an academic wing for engineering, business and nursing programs and a conference center wing for spiritual and educational conferences.
