This year’ s event will take place from September 5, 2025, at 5:30 p. m. to September 6, 2025, at 10 p. m. and be held on Summersville’ s main street.
Coming soon, the Visit Greater Summersville Visitors Center will welcome guests into town with a new 5,000-square-foot building that will serve as a one-stop shop for visitors to discover what there is to do in the county.
“ The design is going to have kiosks and things you would expect in a modern-day visitors center, but what’ s going to be neat is how we’ re going to be able to highlight our local areas and the region.”
The Summersville Arena & Conference Center hosts events
from conferences and banquets to weddings and expos. Vendors can utilize the center’ s pipe and drape vendor booths to display their goods, and the center can also hold various sporting events with individual seats, retractable bleachers and spaces for concessions to be sold. With over 500 hotel rooms nearby, the space is perfect for out-of-town guests.
