Developer of the Year
In 2021 , Senator Joe Manchin presented Stella Construction the Developer of the Year Award from the Marion County Chamber of Commerce in recognition of past projects . Stella Construction has been a member of the chamber since 2013 .

Last year it was our great honor and surprise to be a recipient ,” says Dave Reitz , owner and president of Stella Construction . “ The chamber has been an incredible resource for small businesses in the community . Tina Shaw and Jonathan Board work tirelessly to serve the community and are committed to the growth of Marion County .”

The last few years have not been without their struggles . Labor and material shortages have made the industry even more complex . However , the overall trend in real estate has been positive . New challenges mean new opportunities . Stella Construction ’ s goal is to make 2022 and 2023 even more fruitful . If the housing market continues to increase , then the company will continue to expand into and develop North Central West Virginia .
