Over 60 years ago , a health care facility was established in the heart of Fairmont to help meet the needs of the community . Today , even though our services have greatly expanded and our name has changed from Fairmont Clinic to MVA Health Centers , our values and devotion to delivering quality care have never been stronger .

MVA Health Centers operates out of Fairmont , Mannington and Shinnston locations . We also provide school-based health care to a number of Marion County schools . Each of our offices are staffed with competent and caring health care professionals .
We accept walk-ins and offer curbside health care from the comfort of your car . MVA Health Centers is a one-stop shop for all of your health care needs . Curbside COVID-19 testing is available Monday through Friday with a call-ahead appointment .
MVA Health Centers ’ Fairmont location operates an in-house pharmacy for all established MVA patients . Patients can head directly to our pharmacy after speaking with their physician and return home with prescriptions in hand without having to stop at another location to pick them up . We offer fantastic savings plans with prescriptions as low as $ 4 . Pharmacy services can be delivered to your car during your curbside visit or directly to your home .
Patients will receive high-quality eye care and be able to choose from a wide variety of lenses and frames through our optical department .
Our pediatric department is dedicated and ready to provide your child with all the necessary care they need to live a healthy and happy life . This includes same-day appointments for sick children , well-child visits and preventative screening .
At MVA Health Centers , your mental health matters to us as well . Our behavioral health department can provide mental health diagnostic assessments , supportive counseling , referrals to case management and psychiatry services .
MVA ’ s Stabilization Program was developed as a form of outreach to aid the homeless population in Marion County . Our stabilization worker is proactive in the identification and assessment of individuals experiencing homelessness and acts as a referral source .
