Congratulations, Charlotte Weber, on being named to the
2020 Class of Sharp Shooters.
A highly focused visionary, Charlotte Weber leads the Robert
C. Byrd Institute as director and CEO, overseeing a $20 million
Advanced Manufacturing Technology System delivering
a statewide network of the latest, computer-controlled
manufacturing equipment, as well as other important
initiatives necessary for manufacturers, entrepreneurs and
innovators to compete successfully in a global market.
Additionally, she serves as vice president for federal
programs at Marshall University.
Charlotte Weber is a true Daughter of Marshall and
visionary Sharp Shooter.
