The Summersville Arena & Conference Center is a multi-use venue centrally located in West Virginia with easy access from most interstates , making it an easy drive for West Virginia residents and those in surrounding states . It is a state-of-the-art location perfect for small market meetings , conferences , banquets , sporting events , weddings and business expos .
The arena is 24,000 square feet and can be used for a multitude of events , including general assemblies , trade shows , concerts , large weddings , banquets and dinner theatres . The maximum capacity for guests is 2,800 .
The retractable bleachers seat 2,000 guests with comfortable individual seats that include backs and arm rests . The portable basketball floor provides the perfect venue for tournaments for all ages . Concessions are available for sporting events and trade expos .
When not in use for sporting events and trade shows , the arena can be transformed into a beautiful ballroom with ceiling drapes , chandeliers and hanging lights for banquets and wedding receptions .
The 3,700-square-foot Conference Center is perfect for meetings , breakout sessions , small banquets and weddings . The area can be transformed into six conference rooms with classroom or theater style seating and is equipped with state-ofthe-art audio-visual equipment , free fiber-optic WiFi , in-house catering and many other conference amenities . The area is fully carpeted with 12-foot ceilings and can accommodate up to 100 guests . The Conference Center has six breakout session rooms that will accommodate 20 guests per room or can be configured into three larger breakout session rooms accommodating up to 40 guests per room . The Arena is perfect for a general session area and will host 100-500 guests .
Catering at the Arena & Conference Center is in-house with a full-time catering staff . From corporate banquets to small , intimate parties and wedding receptions , you can expect delicious food and personalized service around the clock . Catering is available for events of any size . Breakfast , lunch , dinner , morning and afternoon breaks , appetizers , desserts , beverage service and bar services are available . A catering menu is available online . Tastings are available and must be scheduled in advance .
